An AI practice, not a product.

No account to log into, no license to renew. Direct engagements, scoped up front, and delivered by the person who does the work — for teams that want outcomes, not another tool to maintain.

Questions, answered

Before you book, the usual questions.

What is ai esek?

ai esek is an AI practice — not a product or a platform. It offers three things: AI consulting for management, hands-on AI workshops and lectures, and scoped AI project builds. The work is delivered directly by the person who does it, in Hebrew or English, for teams in Israel and beyond.

Who do you work with?

Leadership teams and organizations that want AI to change real outcomes — CEOs, CTOs, and functional leads, along with professional firms and nonprofits. Engagements are sized to the team, from a single decision-maker to a whole department. If you're weighing where AI fits before committing budget or headcount, that's the right place to start.

Can the work be delivered in Hebrew?

Yes. Every engagement — consulting, workshops, and projects — is delivered in fluent Hebrew or English, whichever your team works in best. Workshops, sessions, and written deliverables all come in the language you choose.

How much does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front — there's no product license, subscription, or retainer to sign by default. A single advisory session, a full readiness assessment, and a shipped project are very different in size, so pricing is set once we've agreed on scope. The intro call is where we size it, at no cost.

What's the difference between consulting, workshops, and projects?

Consulting is strategy for management — what AI can and can't do for your business, and what to do first. Workshops get your team using AI hands-on, not just discussing it. Projects are scoped builds — agents, automation, and data foundations — shipped and handed over. Many engagements start with consulting and lead into a workshop or a build.

Do we need to be "AI-ready" or have technical people in place first?

No. A common starting point is a team that knows AI matters but isn't sure where to begin. Part of the work is an honest readiness assessment — a clear read on your data, systems, and team — so you invest where it will actually pay off and skip what won't.

Is our data and confidential information safe?

Confidentiality is treated as a baseline, not an add-on. Engagements can be run under an NDA, and the approach favors solutions your organization can trust and stand behind — including cases where data security or legal sign-off is the very thing blocking AI adoption.

How do we get started?

Start with a short intro call — no pitch deck, no obligation. We'll talk through the problem you're trying to solve and figure out which engagement shape fits, run remotely or on-site as the work needs. You can book a time directly or email admin@ai-esek.com.
